Levels

The aim of this level is to introduce our tiniest swimmers to the water.  To educate swimmer and parent to feel confident and comfortable in the water.  Important elements of this level include breath holding, bubble blowing and having fun!

(Max 6 Swimmers + Carers)

Our toddlers will keep their favourite person in the water with them for this level and will begin to acquire the basis of their swim skills. They will enjoy kicking, splashing, running, jumping , turning, climbing, singing and immersing in this level.

(Max 6 Swimmers + Carers)

Swimming on their own for the first time, these swimmers will be excited to paddle, kick, submerse, learn great breath control  and be happy to be doing swim skills by themselves!

(Max 3 swimmers)

Skills swimmers will work on independent travel on a board, be able to float unassisted and learn their big freestyle arms!  Lots of back work preparing for backstroke and freestyle.

(Max 4 swimmers)

Here we will establish a strong base for skills and elements of Freestyle and Backstroke.  These swimmers will be highly mobile  and will have good strength and stability in the water.

(Max 5 swimmers)

Swimmers in this level will be amazing Freestyle swimmers, mastering Bilateral Breathing and showing good positioning and control in their backstroke.  They will start, turn and finish as a competitive swimmer!

Breastroke is the star of this level and here our swimmers will take on the  most complex stroke.  Working on technical  aspects such as timing, breathing and the tricky progression of breastroke.  Pull-outs and turns will also feature in this level.

Butterfly!  Swimmers will take on the challenge of butterfly and will work on having the strength and developing the power required for this stroke.  Our butterfliers will display good technique and be able to start, turn and finish correctly.  All strokes will be revisited in this level, seeking good competency and demonstrating good ability.
