Cancellations

If lessons need to be cancelled for any reason such a weather event etc they will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
Cancellation from our program requires two weeks written notice.

Privacy Policy

All information collected from the cardholder will be held by us and kept confidential except that information required by our financial institution to initiate the drawing to your nominated account.

Return and Refund Policy

Any product purchased from us can be returned within 7 days if found to be faulty and the item will be replaced or the product price refunded. A transaction may be cancelled by notifying Fernvale Learn to Swim.

Cardholders Account Data Security:

All cardholder information (paper) will be stored in a secure manner and electronic data is protected by the secure storage by SimplySwim who will be processing the API data.  No information will be shared to any further party other than the relevant financial institution.
